Background: Easiest way to dance with your crush? No, don't ask them directly, silly. Instead, invite them to participate in a viral internet dance craze titled #RUNNINGMANCHALLENGE. Seriously, they'll think you're fun, exciting, and knowledgeable about the internet. In other words, you'll be the most popular motherfucka to holla. Try it.

The #RunningManChallenge was created by a kid from New Jersey who goes by Kevin Sözé aka @11.oo7 on Instagram. He created the dance over the poppin R&B dance joint titled "My Boo" by Ghost Town DJ's, originally released in 1995.

In April 2016, two college basketball guards, Jaylen Brantley and Jared Nickens of the Maryland Terrapins, picked up the challenge on their own Instagram, and after that it spread like wildfire all over the internet. The challenge was even accepted by Miami Heat's Justise Winslow and continues to make an appearance during NBA games in between shots.

If you ready to accept the #RUNNINGMANCHALLENGE, make sure you don't run alone ;)
