Background: Getting to graduation isn't easy. If you do graduate, you deserve all the respect in the world. Unfortunately, there's some people out here that talk down to everyone and they don't know what you've been through. If they dare talk down on you, remind them where you came from.... especially if you busted your ass through college paying off student loans while working part time jobs. You deserve a hug full of congratulations and a dap full of RESPECK.

On April 22, 2016, rapper and music mogul (net worth: $110 Million) Baby "Birdman" Williams, showed up to do an interview at New York's POWER 105.1 radio station. The show titled "The Breakfast Club," features hosts Charlamagne Tha God, DJ Envy, and Angela Yee.

Birdman storms into the interview and like a playground kid standing up to a bully begins demanding his "respeck" (pronounced respect) due to the fact that the hosts have badmouthed him on-air over the past few years. Birdman gets caught up in his emotional tantrum, and begins blurting out statements that are both gangsta and childlike. While this "interview" only lasted 2 minutes, the internet fueled it with a lifetime of laughs.

If a graduate lacks confidence, help them learn some gangsta from Birdman's famous interview. Class of RESPECK. Are we finished or are we done (with school)?
